Visit Norefjell

Visit Norefjell is the joint tourism body for the Norefjell region, operated as a partnership between Norefjell Destinasjon, Visit Sigdal and Flå Vekst. 

Visit Norefjell is an umbrella company for branding, marketing and sales for the whole Norefjell region as a combined destination, setting municipal boundaries to one side. Visit Norefjell has 130 member companies, mainly in the tourism sector, in Flå, Krødsherad, Sigdal and Modum. Visit Norefjell acts as a link between the municipalities, other public bodies and the member companies.

The main objective of Visit Norefjell is to encourage year-round growth in visitor numbers to the region and to our member companies. We achieve this by coordinating activities, trade shows, events and other joint activities that provide increased visibility, such as marketing campaigns. Visit Norefjell is also involved in coordinating collective attractions such as cross-country skiing, hiking and mountain biking.

Visit Norefjell’s job is to help make the region even more attractive for guests and for holiday home owners, as well as for the local population, entrepreneurs and employers. It is a matter of creating a region that people want to visit and where they like living and working.
