Saimaa on Suomen suurin ja Euroopan neljänneksi suurinjärvi. Saimaa Geopark kertoo Saimaan laajan labyrinttimäisen vesistön tarinan sen alusta miljoonia vuosia sitten nykypäivään. Saimaa Geoparkin kohteet tuovat tämän ainutlaatuisen tarinan näkyväksi tämän päivän retkeilijöille.
