Le Lot puise son caractère dans ses causses entaillés par les vallées du Lot, de la Dordogne et du Célé. Il est jalonné de grands sites et de beaux villages comme Rocamadour, Cahors, Figeac et Saint-Cirq-Lapopie…
L’homme et la nature ont laissé leurs empreintes dans la grotte du Pech Merle et le Gouffre de Padirac.
En randonnée à pied ou à vélo, le naturel et l’authenticité du Lot se dévoilent pleinement. Terre d'excellents produits du terroir et de gastronomie, le Lot réveille les papilles avec la truffe, le foie gras, l’agneau, le melon du Quercy ou le vin Cahors Malbec.

- La Véloroute
Les chemins du vignoble « à bicy-clet-te »... C’est en poussant le vélo et la chansonnette que cet itinéraire de 160 km vous convie, de Cahors à Aiguillon, au fil de la vallée du Lot : il s’agit d’une vélo-route, itinéraire à partager avec les voitures, mais sur des petites routes avec peu de circulation. Et pas de panique, vous n’êtes pas obligé de tout faire, surtout en famille.
- Le VTT
On enfourche son deux roues pour partir à la découverte d’un immense terrain d’aventure : descente grisante en vallée du Lot, vastes étendues en vallée de la Dordogne... Quelque soit votre allure, on vous met au défi de pas être séduit ! Il y en aura pour tous les niveaux et pour satisfaire tous les goûts.
- Le tour du Lot : itinérance VTT
Cet itinéraire vous attend pour faire Le Tour du Lot à votre rythme sur un tracé unique de 400 km balisés empruntant des chemins de Grande Randonnée et des Pistes Équestres. Il vous permettra de découvrir l’ensemble des richesses du patrimoine naturel, architectural et culturel du Lot lors d'un voyage de 7 jours pour des VTTistes aguerris…

- Parc naturel régional des Causses du Quercy
Reconnu pour sa biodiversité et son patrimoine culturel, le Parc englobe les causses de Gramat et de Limogne, soit un tiers de la surface du département. En quelques mots : de grands plateaux calcaires couverts de pelouses sèches et de forêts de chênes pubescents, travaillés par l’eau dans ses entrailles, et coupés de vallées verdoyantes aux hautes falaises... La pierre y « pousse », le genièvre y embaume l’été, pendant que les brebis paissent tranquillement...
- Vallée du Lot et du Vignoble
La Vallée du Lot où équilibre entre espaces naturels, espaces habités et vignobles, offre des panoramas paysagers remarquables, des cirques, de falaises et des méandres qui rythment le paysage. L’alternance de causses, de vallées et de nombreux villages comme St-Cirq-Lapopie, Cahors et Puy L’évêque confère à cette vallée une identité singulière qui invite à la contemplation et au ressourcement.
- Vallée de la Dordogne
Elle a tout pour plaire : des villages de charme avec Autoire, blotti au cœur d’un cirque, Carennac et son prieuré clunisien, Loubressac et sa vue sur la vallée ; de pimpantes cités, telles Martel et ses 7 tours, Souillac et son abbaye du 12ème siècle ; de fiers châteaux comme Castelnau-Bretenoux ou Montal. Elle est aussi remarquable pour sa biosphère, classée par l’Unesco. On comprend pourquoi Robert Doisneau en était tombé amoureux.
- Figeac, Vallée du Lot et du Célé
Figeac, la perle du Célé, un vrai décor de cinéma entre Moyen-Âge et Renaissance dans un territoire à la croisée des chemins entre le Lot et le Célé. Cette derniére ondule dans un parcours sauvage et poétique à la fois. Le Célé s’amuse et enchante, joue les capricieux et offre une variation de paysages. En suivant son cours, les parois rocheuses s’ouvrent et livrent au regard leurs grottes et leurs jolis villages. La belle et secrète Vallée du Célé ne cessera jamais d’émerveiller...
