Campingplatz Oberrabenstein

The campsite is nestled in the former castle park, which borders directly on the Rabensteiner Forest. This extends over the Totenstein to Hohenstein-Ernstthal, allowing extensive hikes in low-emission forest air. The location is quiet; there are no noisy traffic routes nearby. 
In the immediate vicinity are Rabenstein Castle and palace, a sauna complex in the Mühlengrund, the game reserve, and the Oberrabenstein reservoir with numerous attractions. 
The Chemnitz Zoo is easily accessible on foot from the south of the leisure region, as are the Rabenstein rock domes and the Fritz Theater.
Since Rabenstein is centrally located in the heart of Saxony, it also offers itself as a destination for excursions throughout the beautiful Free State, extending into the Bohemian region.
