This area offers an exceptional setting to explore nature on foot or by bike, in the heart of a Provençal landscape mixing hills, olive groves, mimosa groves, vineyards and forests, between gorges and the Pre-Alps, between 30 and 1,715 m altitude.
More than 200 kilometers of marked trails wind through the forest massifs, offering varied routes for all levels. Hikers will appreciate the 360-degree panoramas, secret places and exceptional viewpoints along their route, perfect for capturing memories or rejuvenating.
Cyclists, meanwhile, can enjoy picturesque roads and arranged circuits, ranging from leisurely rides to more sporty routes, with elevation changes to test their endurance.
