Sledding runs in the Harz Mountains

300m long toboggan run lit in the evening hours.

At just under 200 meters, it's not the longest, but with a start right next to the HEX adventure world, it's a great toboggan run for the whole family.

In Torfhaus, sledders have it easier because a special attraction is the "Brockenblick" sled lift with floodlight system.

This approx. 200 m long toboggan run is located opposite the youth hostel and can be reached from the Schierke Tourist Information in about 10 minutes.

An ideal sledding slope especially for the little ones.

Normally it is a cross-country skiing tour. When using the trails with the kicksled, drive in the middle, keep distance from the ski tracks, and watch out for skiers.

Also in Buntenbock, sledders of all ages have the opportunity to sled to their heart's content on the 300-meter-long toboggan run at Ziegenberg.

Sledding is possible daily on the 800 meter long toboggan run at the park swimming pool in Spiegeltal, provided there is sufficient snow.

From the Stieglitzeck parking lot on Ackerstraße to the tripoint marker and up to the Hanskühnenburg. After a stop at the Reitstieg to the Seilerklippe (viewpoint). Back to the Hanskühnenburg and down again to Ackerstraße. At the cross-country ski trail junction towards Sonnenberg, a nice descent, at the lowest point of the trail, turn around and back up to Ackerstraße. Crossing to the Reitstieg, continue to the parking lot.
