Opposite the Engadin village of S-chanf, a small drag lift leads to the "Bügls" ski slope - perfect for children and anyone who is on skis or a snowboard for the first time. Cross-country skiers will find well-prepared trails around the ski lift, as the route of the Engadin Ski Marathon runs here.

From the picturesque Engadin village of S-chanf, a pony lift leads up the hill where everything revolves around the first steps on boards. Here it's not about speed, on the contrary: little skill exercises on an easy slope, skiing stem turns, hopping over humps ... here the little ones can get a taste of the big wide world of snow sports in peace and quiet.

In the Engadin & St. Moritz region, cross-country skiers have a wide range of options at their disposal. Several hundred kilometres of cross-country ski trails criss-cross the landscape around S-chanf.
