The skiing area for connoisseurs lies at the foot of the Hohe Veitsch and offers perfect conditions for boundless skiing enjoyment.
Those seeking tranquillity are in exactly the right place here! With every step you take in the unspoilt nature, you leave your everyday life behind and start to relax and enjoy.

A total of 16 perfectly prepared slopes with a total length of 12 km are available. The different levels of difficulty of the slopes, including an FIS slope, ensure that all visitors succeed in making the perfect carving turn. In 2019, the Brunnalm – Hohe Veitsch was awarded the „Styrian Piste Seal of Approval“, an award that stands for the highest quality and safety, versatility and innovative strength in winter sports.

Four parallel lifts, namely a panoramic chairlift and three surface lifts, are available for problem-free and rapid transport. This keeps waiting times at the ski lifts as short as possible. The four-seater panorama chairlift, which is situated at 1,050 metres above sea level, takes you to the top station at 1,350 metres above sea level in just seven minutes. Once there, you will be rewarded with a beautiful alpine panorama of the Hohe Veitsch.

Especially spectacular on the long and dark winter days is the view from the very top in the sun, of the sea of fog in the Mürztal. The naturalness of the ski area, the easy orientation, but also the family-friendly pricing make the Brunnalm – Hohe Veitsch a perfect destination for families. Children and beginners can use the free Wizard Carpet in the Children's World at the „Gamsmugl“ and make their first turns. A ski school with a perfect course programme is available not only for beginners but also for professionals who want to perfect their technique.
Many forest paths and routes as well as the new winter hiking trail (WWW) offer both children and individualists and non-skiers a true paradise of possibilities. Snowshoes can also be rented directly on site.
Enjoyment is not neglected on the Brunnalm –Hohe Veitsch: With the 3-hour „Max-Flex“-Card, visitors have the opportunity to take a break as often and for as long as they like, in order to then dive back into the fun on the slopes. This ski pass virtually invites you to stop in and is also affectionately referred to as the Hut Card“
