The Anti-Birch Allergy Run is for all allergy runners who want to complete a 10-kilometer run but should avoid the birch run "10er." The route initially follows the same path as the birch run "10er," but after just over 1 km, it does not go through the birch grove but through the surrounding vineyards and returns to the birch run after about 2 km.
Non-allergists can also run this section for a change.
