    Als ich die Rhöner Extratour „Soisberg“ auf der Webseite der Rhön-Info entdeckte, habe ich noch gedacht, schon wieder eine neue Extratour und dann nur 7,1 km lang. Und dazu soll ich hin und zurück fast 140 km fahren. Na ja, wenn man sich vorgenommen hat alle 35 Rhöner Extratouren zu laufen, muss man auch mal in einen sauren Apfel beißen. Aber so im Nachhinein kann ich nur sagen, eine absolut geile Tour. Man läuft fast nur außen vor dem Wald, hat dadurch fast immer freie Sicht und der 360° Rundumblick vom Soisbergturm ist einfach nur toll. (Außer man ist nicht schwindelfrei oder es ist so windig wie bei uns. Da schwankt der Turm nämlich merklich) So einen tollen Blick aufs Hessische Kegelspiel mit Wissels-, Rückers-, Appels-, Stoppels-, Klein-, Mors-, Stall-, und Lichtberg hatte ich selbst bei der Extratour Hessisches Kegelspiel nicht. Und auf dem höchsten der neun, dem Soisberg, stehen wir ja gerade. Also, ich würde die Tour jedem, der gern in der Rhön wandert, inzwischen uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Und wegen der nur 7,1 km Streckenlänge. Ich habe einfach eine Schleife von gut 4 km über Mansbach und den Grasberg davor getackert und so die Tour auf knapp 12 km gepimpt.

    Ich bin nur die Teilstrecke von Fuldabrück bis nach Hann. Münden geradelt. In diesem Bereich ist es eine nette, flussnahe Strecke mit relativ wenig Gastronomie an der Strecke. Diese findet man jedoch ausreichend in Hann. Münden.

    Vor einigen Jahren wurde der E6 im Wendland großräumig verlegt. Die gezeigte Strecke entspricht daher nicht mehr der Markierung vor Ort. Im Übrigen kann ich den E6 gerade im Wendland wärmstens empfehlen.
