The newest singletrail in Liptov directly above the town of Liptovský Mikuláš in the Háj-Nicovô forest park area, named High flow, is approximately 800 meters long with an elevation gain of 100 meters and will delight almost all mountain bike enthusiasts. It is designed so that less experienced riders can handle it and at the same time trail connoisseurs can enjoy it as well.

The 67th edition of the Okolo Slovenska race will take the international peloton from the west to the east of the country. After the previous edition from west to east, this year the cyclists will travel through Slovakia in the opposite direction. It starts in Košice, from where the route will take the international peloton through Prešov, Poprad, Ružomberok, Martin, Prievidza, Nitra, Hlohovec, and finally to Púchov.
