    Landschaftlich wirklich großartig. Der Aufstieg von Pederü kann mit der folgenden Landschaft nicht mithalten. Auch ist diese Tour sogar für unter der Woche stark frequentiert was das Erlebnis für mich etwas schmälert. Tip: unbedingt einkehren in der Großen Fanesalm Hütte. Sehr freundlich und nett dort.

    Achtung: bei zügiger Gehzeit und wenig Pausen dauert die Tour sechseinhalb Stunden! Für die Tour bedarf es alpiner Erfahrung. Unserer Meinung nach ist sie auch mittel- bis schwierig einzustufen. Die Tour selbst ist traumhaft schön und bietet unglaubliche, unterschiedliche Blicke in alle Richtungen. Nicht zu unterschätzen sind die vielen Murenüberquerungen. Interessant sind die unterschiedlichen Gesteine, die der Berg hervorgebracht hat.

    Flautix
    Noch eine bei gutem Wetter spektakuläre Etappe! Der Felssturz von 2016, bei dem ein ganzes Stück des Berges abbrach, ist gut zu erkennen! Wir haben im Nachhinein bedauert, bei der Rossalm nur etwas getrunken und nicht auch noch etwas gegessen zu haben. Aber dass die Verpflegung in der Seekofelhütte derart mickrig und nahezu geschmacksneutral sein würde, konnten wir nicht vorhersehen... Hinter der Rossalm und dem nächsten Sattel unbedingt dem Via Alpina-Track folgen und nicht dem vermutlich etwas breiteren und leichteren Weg, der auch zur Seekofelhütte ausgeschildert ist: nur der erste Weg führt über viele Gesteinsbänder hoch auf den Höhenrücken, wo sich - kurz vor der Hütte - noch viele Edelweiß bewundern lassen. Die Seekofelhütte verlangt 50% Anzahlung im Voraus und wir sind erstaunt, warum gerade diese Hütte mit ihren gruseligen Sanitäranlagen (Stehklo und Dusche in einem!) so gefragt ist. Einige junge Wanderer klären uns auf: Hier ist die erste Übernachtungsstation auf dem beliebten Dolomiten-Höhenweg Nr. 1.

    Eine wunderschöne Etappe! Vor allem der Weg wieder hoch vom Tal zum Strudelkopfsattel, der an einigen abschüssigen Stellen sehr gut gesichert ist, hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Eine Übernachtung in der noblen Dürrensteinhütte in einem Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad fühlt sich nach dem Schlafsaal der Dreizinnenhütte wie im Paradies an! Das Essen auf der Dürrensteinhütte ist hervorragend und der Blick hinüber zum Monte Cristallo gigantisch. Hier könnte man es auch mehrere Tage aushalten!
