Il Parco Naturale Interregionale del Sasso Simone e Simoncello si estende per quasi 5.000 ettari tra le regioni delle Marche e dell'Emilia-Romagna.

Area naturale protetta divenuta parco naturale regionale delle Marche nel 1994 e poi, in seguito al passaggio di alcuni comuni all'Emilia-Romagna, parco naturale interregionale appartenente alle Marche e all'Emilia-Romagna.

I simboli del parco sono i due rilievi ("sassi") Simone e Simoncello. Sebbene i nomi suggeriscano il contrario, il secondo è il più alto dei due, raggiungendo i 1.221 metri, mentre Simone è alto solo 1.204 metri.
