The starting point is Germany's oldest still operating Kugelmühle. The well-developed path through the Almbachklamm offers exciting views of the rushing wild stream with impressive waterfalls and huge pools. Afterwards, the gorge widens and you reach the highest point of the hike - the Theresienklause.
