By bus and train to winter sports
Ski- und WanderExpress - The Müglitztalbahn RB 72 runs daily from Heidenau to the spa town of Altenberg. The S-Bahn S1 and S2 from Dresden offer connections with a change in Heidenau. The RE19 Ski and Hiking Express takes you directly from Dresden via Heidenau and Glashütte to the spa town of Altenberg all year round at weekends and on public holidays without changing trains.
PlusBus line 360+ - The bus line 360+ takes you directly from Dresden via Dippoldiswalde to the winter sports resorts of Oberbärenburg, the Altenberg health resort or Zinnwald and back. The bus line is therefore a very good alternative to the train.
