Juniper bush path in Burladingen

The hike starts at the car park below the shooting range in Burladingen-Hausen i.K. We cross the B 32 via a bridge and follow the path slightly uphill for a stretch parallel to the B 32. Through the forest the path leads steeply uphill for a stretch to the hunter’s cross (nice rest area and viewpoint). Continue along the path and after about 100 m turn left to the Killertal viewpoint at the Heirich cross. At the highest point of the path you have a magnificent view down into the Killertal down to Jungingen. The path leads us through beautiful forests and along the forest edge for a stretch. At the field cross at the Galthaus there is the possibility to turn left. After about 250 m you then reach the barbecue and playground at Burladingen-Hermannsdorf.

Downhill we reach the Wolfsbrunnen. The path then leads steeply downhill and then gently uphill again through the juniper heath and past the nature reserve towards Burladingen-Hausen i.K.. At the white cross there is a nice viewpoint with benches overlooking the Killertal. Past the sports hall in Hausen i.K. we reach the local history museum Hausen i.K. and turn right into Schlichtestraße. We follow Schlichtestraße to the end and then reach the starting point again via the bridge over the B 32 on the left.
