Author's advice continued: If you are afraid of slippery rocks and stones, you can try going this route from the other end - start hiking from the Karlova Studanka parking and follow the yellow tourist trail signs until you reach Ovčarna's bus-stop and continue until you reach Praděd peak. Then downwards, you can take a bus from Ovčarna bus-stop and arrive at Karlova Studanka parking. Please note, this way, your elevation gain will rise to over 700 meters. If you are ready for a much more difficult hike - this advice is for you!

Get to Karlova Studanka village in the Jeseniky Mountains. Get off at St. Hubert parking and from here you can start your hiking trip either by hiking up or taking the bus nr. 855 until Ovčarna's bus-stop as shown in the map.
Please, check the timetable of the bus in advance, it usually operates between 9 and 17 o'clock and departs only once in an hour.
