The scenic hike leads us to the highest of the seven mountains around the Norwegian city of Bergen: Ulriken. Not far from the city, the ascent with the Ulriksbanen cable car is possible, allowing us to enjoy a hike in the wonderful landscape of the Ulriken hinterland. We pass through partly rocky, partly grassy terrain with many small lakes and beautiful viewpoints overlooking the coast near Bergen. On weekends, we can stop at the Turnerhytten; otherwise, there is an option to refresh at the restaurant sky:skraperen at the cable car station.
