Rothaar Trail - Section Albrechtsplatz-Kühhude
The route offers numerous viewpoints, and in the Rothaarsteig village Schanze, there is an opportunity to stop for refreshments. As the trail runs along the Rothaar main ridge, the course includes repeated ascents and descents, which can also be managed by less experienced cross-country skiers. At Albrechtsplatz, the section of the "Rothaar Trail" Albrechtsplatz-Altastenberg adjoins. From Kühhude, you can reach Oberhundem via the "small Rothaar Trail" (1) and the "Rothaar Trail" (Kühhude-Schanze section) (2).
