Hermitage of San Bartolomeo

The route starts along the road from Roccamorice towards the Maielletta (or the Hermitage of Santo Spirito). At the height of a farmhouse that also offers paid parking, a dirt road begins which after a few dozen meters leads onto the real path.

The destination is always well marked (there are only two forks) and the route is entirely on trail without particular difficulties. On the way there, you descend towards the valley bottom until you take a left fork that leads under the rocky spur where the hermitage is nestled. You can descend further towards the river to also admire the structure from below.

Return on the same route. Suitable shoes for walking on trails are recommended.
