From Hohenwutzen to Niederfinow:
On the TB (Tour Brandenburg) cycle path first northwards (back) to the old lock, then westwards via Oderberg, Liepe to the Niederfinow boat lift
From Niederfinow to Altlewin:
Back on the TB (Tour Brandenburg) cycle path to Liepe, there turn right, over the Finow Canal, the Alte Finow and the Old Oder to Bralitz and Schiffmühle. From here on the TB (Tour Brandenburg) cycle path to Bad Freienwalde (Oder), Neugaul, Rathsdorf to Wriezen. From here eastwards on the L33 to Altlewin.
