Velkolepě řešený pramen původně věnovaný rakouskému mocnáři Františku Josefovi I, později věnovaná starostovi a předsedovi MSSGV Filippu Kleinovi.

Pramen, věnovaný rakouskému císaři Františku Josefu I., vznikl v první polovině 50. let 19. století. Vcelku zajímavě řešená mohyla byla složena z masivních bloků skal a velkolepé mramorové desky. Na počest 50. výročí císařovy vlády byl pak pramen přestavěn na pomník, jemuž dodnes vévodí kamenná stéla, uprostřed s kruhovým medailónem. Nejprve ji zdobila podobizna Františka Josefa I., po zániku monarchie odcizena, později nahrazena frývaldovským starostou a předsedou MSSGV Filippem Kleinem. V roce 2001 proběhla alespoň symbolická obnova podobizny vousáče, umělecky ztvárněné Romanem Borečkem, a na mramorovou destičku na pramenu přibyl lidový název U Vousáče.
