Den Springbrunnen inmitten der Seeanlage gibt es seit 1975. Das dafür benötigte Wasser bezieht die Fontaine aus der Schmiech. Der See ist von einer grünen Parkanlage umgeben, in der sich unter anderem ein Kinderspielplatz, einige Sitzgelegenheiten und ein Biergarten befinden.
