Wir wandern von der Schmelzhütte zu den Winterleitenseen auf den Kreiskogel.

Die meisten Tourengeher lockt in den Seetaler Alpen der bekannte Zirbitzkogel an, es gibt aber auch schöne Alternativen. Eine davon ist das 2.364 m hohe Scharfe Eck. Es wird viel seltener bestiegen und ist dementsprechend ruhig und einsam. Die hier beschriebene Tour führt vom Parkplatz auf der Schmelz, vorbei an der Winterleitenhütte und über den Ochsenboden auf den Gipfel des Hohen Ecks.
