Info-spot: Pinot Grigio

The cone of Roveré della Luna has an excellent south-east exposure which, together with the deep and fresh limestone soil, allows excellent expression of various grape varieties such as Schiava, Gewürztraminer, Lagrein and, above all, Pinot Grigio. This variety produces wines with a perfect balance between fullness of body and freshness of acidity, to the point of being considered an excellence at national level. The Pinot Grigio variety also produces wines of particular finesse in the vineyards of the ancient feudal community of “Vicinia” to the south of the village.
