Sowohl für Wanderer wie für Mountainbiker gilt dieser Ort seit jeher als magischer Kraftplatz.

Auf einem wunderschönen Fleckerl Kärntens – in 1.600m Seehöhe, auf der Jepca-Alm in den Karawanken Gemeinde Finkenstein – stehen heute noch die niedergebrannten Grundmauern der alten Annahütte, direkt unterm Mittagskogel.

Direkt „auf der Schneid“, direkt an der Grenze zwischen Kärnten und Slowenien gelegen, eröffnet sich hier dem Betrachter ein atemberaubender Ausblick auf 2 Länder, auf traumhafte Berg- und Seekulisse, auf gelebte Nachbarschaft & Freundschaft.

In unmittelbarer Nähe der ehem. Annahütte ist auch Notbiwak zu finden.
