A lovely waterfall hidden in the forest on the path towards Steget in the centre. The waterfall is located, as the name suggests, along Trøimsåne in the center of Hemsedal.
Trøymsånefossen is a waterfall that you hear well before you see it. It is located in magical surroundings in the center of Hemsedal. Take the path up towards Steget/Kyrkjebønnøse and right after the gravel roof you will hear the waterfall rushing. Here you simply take one of the paths into the forest and go on a journey of discovery to find the waterfall. Remember that the surroundings are steep and can be slippery when you get closer to the waterfall and the steep slopes down towards Trøimsåne. If you have children with you, I recommend that you hold them by the hand, it is a very steep environment.
You go to the waterfall and here in nature at your own risk.
