Der Rheinfall bei Neuhausen am Rheinfall ist der zweitgrößte Wasserfall in Europa.

Neben dem Lauffen ist der Rheinfall die einzige noch intakte Stromschnelle im Rhein zwischen Schaffhausen und der Rheinmündung in den Niederlanden.
