Jednosmerný chodník zasadený do kaňonu Pivovarského potoka v Lúčanskej Malej Fatre
Začať možno pri konečnej autobusovej zastávke v časti Martin – Stráne. V úvode potok pretkávajú len drevené lávky a krásna scenéria vrátane pozostatkov ťažobných vozíkov a koľajníc. Prvé technické pomôcky, traverzy po skalných stienkach a železné stúpačky začínajú vo výške 930 m n. m.. V roku 2017 tu pribudol nový úsek s kovovým knísavým mostíkom, ktorý stupňuje adrenalínový zážitok. Vo výške 1 130 m n. m. sa ferrata rozvetvuje na dve cesty s rôznym stupňom náročnosti (B a C), aby sa na vrchu opäť stretli. Lesná cesta pokračuje smerom na hrebeň Martinských holí a k turistickým chatám. Od nich možno pokračovať ďalej po hrebeni alebo sa vrátiť do Martina po turistickej značke cez Hodinovku. Peši alebo s ďalšou dávkou adrenalínu na zjazdových kolobežkách. Obe vedú na miesto, kde táto túra začínala.

Autobusom mestskej hromadnej dopravy do časti Martin, Stráne. Je nutné, aby ste vystúpili na konečnej zástavke.

Directions
Autom sa do východzeho bodu dostanete po hlavnej ceste č. 65. Z tejto odbočíte v časti Martin, Stráne na ulicu Hollého. Vzdialenosť z centra Martina na nástup na Ferratu HZS je cca 5 km.

V blízkosti nástupu na trasu je možné parkovanie.
