From the viewpoint Wettereck in Leinsweiler, there is a magnificent panoramic view of the Imperial Castle Trifels as well as the castle ruins Anebos and Münz. Several hiking trails pass by this viewpoint, including the Slevogtweg (starting point at Slevogthof).
Picnic in nature
Whether on a hike or a cycling tour: A picnic in the open air is a special experience – especially with regional specialties from the Palatinate! To ensure the nature remains as untouched as possible, please use only designated rest areas. In forests and vineyards, there are often no litter bins to avoid attracting wildlife and to keep the landscape clean.
Therefore, the rule is: Everything you bring with you should also be taken back. Food scraps and packaging can be dangerous for animals and often take decades to decompose. Dispose of your waste responsibly and thus protect the unique nature of the Palatinate!
