Ulmer Eberstetten (677 m NN) ist die Hochfläche zwischen zwei Seitentälern des Elsachtales: zwischen der Zittelstatt, von wo aus sich die Ulmer Steige (B28) auf die Hochfläche emporwindet, und dem Langen Grund. Der Name der landschaftlich reizvollen Hochebene "Ulmer"-Eberstetten erklärt sich aus dem keltischen "ul" = Grenze: Ulmer Eberstetten ist das Gelände außerhalb von Eberstetten.
