From this bunker you can enjoy the view of the tributary and its tributary to the Rhine.
From this vantage point, you have a fantastic view of the tributary of the Rhine where the beavers and kingfishers feel most at home. If you take your time and wait long enough, you can watch the local beavers bathing and observe their activities from a distance.
If you're lucky, you might even see a kingfisher flitting past before your eyes or other rare species that live here.
Even if you don't see any rare animals, the view of the nature reserve and the adjacent Rhine is still a beautiful spectacle.
Public transport
The best way to reach a nature reserve is of course by public transport. The "Chly Rhy" floodplain is easy to reach on foot from Rietheim railroad station. We also recommend a hike from Bad Zurzach or Koblenz railroad station along the riverside path.
