Treetop Walk Usedom

The exciting adventure trail leads through the different levels of the forest at a height of up to 23 meters. Over a trail length of around 1,350 meters, numerous learning stations provide interesting facts about environmental education, the Usedom Nature Park and its flora and fauna. Adventure stations with exciting balancing elements at lofty heights invite visitors to join in. A walk at treetop level opens up unique perspectives that give a foretaste of the view from the 33-metre-high, square observation tower, which is modeled on the "old Bismarckwarte". From here, 75 meters above sea level, there is a unique view over the imperial spas, Swinoujscie and the island's hinterland. The new nature experience facility is located in the Baltic resort of Heringsdorf, in the immediate vicinity of Heringsdorf train station. The best way to get there is by public transport, and from the surrounding area you can easily reach the trail on foot or by bike. The path is accessible for wheelchair users and visitors with baby carriages via an elevator in the ascent tower and is easy to explore thanks to the gentle incline. An entrance hall with store, restaurant and beer garden rounds off the overall offer of the treetop walk.
