Die nur über Feld- und Wanderwege zu erreichende Teufelskanzel ist ein markanter Felsvorsprung ca. 800 m südostlich von Paska am Südhang des Lasterberges oberhalb des östlichen Hohenwarte-Stausees. Sie liegt im Zentrum der Ziegenrücker Mulde, die hier aus unterkarbonischen Sedimenten (dünnplattige Tonschiefer mit Grauwacken-Bänken) besteht.
