St. Vid is the highest peak of the island of Pag and is an excellent tourist, excursion destination.

The peak is located at an altitude of 348 meters above sea level, and the decoration of the peak is a 6472 built in honor of St. Vid in 1348. From the very top there is a view of most island places (Pag, Kolan, Šimuni, Mandre, Košljun, ..), you can also see the neighboring islands (Rab, Lošinj, Silba, Olib, Maun, Lukar,….). The top of Sv Vid can be reached with several marked hiking trails: from Dubrava (Pag) a vertical ascent to the top (about 45 minutes) or from Kolan an easy ascent. There is another trail from the old Šimuni which partly coincides with the trail from Kolan.
