Aussichtspunkt mit Alpenpanorama und großem Spielplatz

Die Schanze in Wolfsegg am Hausruck ist ein beliebter Aussichtspunkt oberhalb des Ortes, der durch das beeindruckende Alpenpanorama besticht. Von hier reicht der Blick bei klarer Sicht weit über das Hügelland des Hausrucks bis hin zur markanten Kette der Nordalpen, im Osten bis zum Ötscher, im Westen bis zum Untersberg.

Der Standort liegt am sogenannten Schanzenweg, einem leicht begehbaren Rundwanderweg, der sich hervorragend für Familien und Spaziergänger eignet. Informationstafeln entlang des Weges vermitteln Wissenswertes über Natur und Geschichte der Region. Direkt bei der Schanze befindet sich auch ein großer gepflegter Spielplatz, der besonders bei Kindern für Abwechslung sorgt, während Erwachsene die Aussicht oder eine kleine Rast genießen können.
