Il ponte di legno coperto (circa 4.200 kg) attraversa un burrone e si fonde bene con i ripidi pendii sopra il villaggio.
Potrebbe un giorno diventare il punto di riferimento di Poschiavo, visto come troneggia lassù. La costruzione in legno fa parte di un sentiero che porta ai tipici campi terrazzati, i cosiddetti "raunchett", dove fino alla seconda guerra mondiale si coltivavano verdure e frutta per gli alberghi dell’Engadina.
Le terrazze di pietra sopra Poschiavo erano in precedenza di difficile accesso ed erano state trascurate negli ultimi decenni: di conseguenza erano completamente ricoperte di vegetazione. Ora sono state restaurate e i muri a secco sono stati ricostruiti.
Una discesa relativamente ripida riporta al Borgo, che si ha appena ammirato a volo d'uccello.
