From here you have a wonderful view over the Renchtal. The viewing board shows you the surrounding villages.

This vantage point is only about 6 minutes away from the Schwarzwaldsteig premium hiking trail. The small ascent to the right of the Premiumweg is worthwhile and complements the Schwarzwaldsteig with another highlight view. At 836 Altitude difference you have a wonderful view over the Renchtal. The lookout board helps with orientation and shows the surrounding villages.
