The mountain forms the border of Steinbach (Gamlitz), Glanz and Fötschach (both Leutschach an der Weinstraße), the summit lies in the Gamlitz area. The Lubekogel is a popular vantage point.

The old Poststein on the Lubekogel is a great vantage point that offers a breathtaking view of the wine-growing region. Take a deep breath, unwind and simply enjoy the peace and quiet and the view. Seating and a self-service fridge invite you to linger.
