Ein ruhiges Plätzchen für eine kurze Meditation in der Stille

Caspausa....ein Name der auf der Zunge zergeht und den man sofort mit einer Pause in Verbindung bringt. Und tatsächlich gibt es nichts Erholsameres, als einige Minuten vor einem der Maisensässe eine Wanderpause einzuschalten und zu verweilen. Man hört nur den Wind, das Summen der Insekten und das Gezwitscher der Vögel.

Winter: Die Alp ist von Selva mit den Schneeschuhen erreichbar.
