Vom Fuß- und Radweg zwischen Peiting und Hohenpeißenberg bietet sich etwa auf halber Strecke ein schöner Blick auf den Hohen Peißenberg mit der Wetterstation, der Wallfahrtskirche Mariä Himmelfahrt und dem Fernsehturm.

Auf der Impulstafel des Pilger-Wander-Weges Heilige Landschaft Pfaffenwinkel an diesem Standort ist das Gedicht "In allen Wetterlagen für das Leben lernen" von Ute Latendorf abgedruckt. Hören Sie hier eine von Sönke Martensen vertonte Version davon.
