Auf 841 Metern Höhe erwartet dich der imposante Astenturm, eine Top-Sehenswürdigkeit auf dem Kahlen Asten. Dieser historische Aussichtsturm ist weit mehr als nur ein Denkmal – er ist dein perfektes Ausflugsziel in Winterberg.

Steige hinauf auf die Aussichtsplattform und genieße ein atemberaubendes Panorama. Rund um den Turm lädt die einzigartige, geschützte Naturlandschaft der Hochheide zum Wandern im Hochsauerland ein. Im Inneren entdeckst du spannende Facetten der Region: Besuche die bekannte Wetterwarte oder die faszinierende naturkundliche Ausstellung. Ein interaktiver Tisch liefert dir dort spielerisch alle Infos zum Heidelehrpfad und zum Wintersport. Lass deinen perfekten Ausflug anschließend im gemütlichen Turmrestaurant genussvoll ausklingen!

Auto: Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze stehen in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Verfügung.

ÖPNV: Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist Haltestelle Nordhang, ca. 1 km fußläufig entfernt. Alternativ gibt es auch die Möglichkeit, sich mit dem TaxiBus von der Haltestelle Nordhang bis hoch zum Kahlen Asten bringen zu lassen.
Wichtig: Anmeldung bis 30 Min. vor Abfahrt unter Tel. 0 800 3 / 50 40 31.

Der Kahle Asten kann auch als Wanderung von Winterberg aus erreicht werden. Streckenlänge ca. 5,5 km.
