Über der Kirche St. Georg ist die Wacholderheide des Naturschutzgebietes zu erkennen, in der Ferne der Trauf der Schwäbischen Alb vom Dreifaltigkeitsberg bei Spaichingen über das Klippeneck und den Lemberg (1015 m) - höchster Berg der Schwäbischen Alb - bis zum Sendeturm auf dem Plettenberg.
