Stadtverwaltung und Tourist-Information

Im Jahr 1783 erhielt das einstige Weberhaus seine neue Funktion als Rathaus der Stadt. Die charakteristische Fassade in Formen der Neorenaissance wurde 1897 von dem Münchener Architekten Eugen Drollinger geschaffen, der auch für den „Märchenkönig“ Ludwig II. tätig war. Seit dem Jahr 1903 erinnert am südwestlichen Erker das von Jakob Bradl geschaffene Standbild an Georg I. von Frundsberg.
