Inmitten des Stubaitals liegt Mieders, ein Ort mit vielen Angeboten für den Familienurlaub im Sommer und im Winter. Besucher schätzen den dörflichen Tiroler Charakter, die schönen alten Häuser und Ruhe, die Mieders ausstrahlt. Eine Kraft, die sich im Kloster Maria Waldrast mit seiner Heilquelle verdichtet. Der kunsthistorisch wertvolle Kapellenweg verbindet das Dorfzentrum mit dem Wallfahrtsort am Fuße der imposanten Serles. Wasser prägt Mieders. Quellen, Bäche, Brunnen und Moore begleiten Sie durch die Hochebene am „Altar Tirols“.
