A Kőszeg Fő terén található Tourinform irodában a városról és az Írottkő Natúrparkról szóló prospektusokkal, továbbá programajánlatokkal, térképekkel, ajándéktárgyakkal várják az érdeklődőket.
A Tourinform iroda ajtónyílásának oldalán található a Kéktúra bélyegző, melyet nyitvatartási időn túl is használhatnak a kirándulók.

Public transport
- Kőszegre akár busszal, akár vonattal is érkezhetünk. A vasútállomás kb. 1,5 km-re található a belvárostól. Helyijárat nincs, de a Kőszeg-Szombathely közötti járatokra válthatunk jegyet városon belül is.
- A Kőszeg és Szombathely között közlekedő busszal érdemes a Kőszeg, autóbusz-pályaudvarig (Liszt Ferenc utca) utazni.
Directions
- Az autóbusz-pályaudvarról induljunk el gyalogosan a Kossuth Lajos utcán, ami elvezet minket a város Fő terére. Sétáljunk át a téren a templom irányába és bal kéz felől már meg is pillantjuk Tourinform és az Írottkő Natúrpark közös irodáját.
Parking
- Kőszeget Szombathelytől északra a 87-es főút mentén érhetjük el.
- A Fő térre és a Hotel Írottkő mögötti parkolóba kizárólag a hotel vendégei és a városi behajtási engedéllyel rendelkezők hajthatnak be.
- Kőszeg belvárosában alapvetően fizető parkolóhelyek találhatók. A Fő térhez eső legközelebbi fizetős parkolóhelyek a Kossuth Lajos utcában, a Várkörön és a Rákóczi utca Fő tér felőli végén találhatók.
- Ingyenes parkolók legközelebb a Hunyadi úton, a Velemi úton és a Táncsics Mihály utcában vannak.
