Eben noch beim Kaffeetrinken am Hauptplatz, jetzt schon fast auf dem Kalvarienberg mit Lourdesgrotte und Kreuzwegstationen. Die Wege aus dem Zentrum Peitings in die Natur sind kurz, die Aussichten rund um den Ort eindrucksvoll. Doch man muss nicht hoch hinaus, um Faszinierendes zu entdecken: Ein Spaziergang um den Dorfweiher Gumpen im Herzen der Marktgemeinde ist wie ein Kurzurlaub, ein Besuch der Villa Rustica wie eine Reise in die römische Vergangenheit und eine Radtour entlang des Lechs besser als jeder Wellnesstag.
