Valle di Daone
In summer it is a destination for bouldering lovers, in winter sportsmen climb the ice waterfalls. While its beautiful nature trails, among lakes, forests and streams, are valid all year round.
A versatile place, suitable for all types of tourists, to be enjoyed at all times of the year: the Valle di Daone. Travelled by the Chiese river and shaped by a long furrow that spreads from the Adamello glaciers, the valley is home to waterfalls, trails and natural lakes as well as the artificial basins of Boazzo and Bissina, famous for its dam over half a kilometre wide. The waterfalls turn into ice climbers' favourite walls in winter, while in summer the imposing boulders exert a great charm on bouldering lovers. Many walks in nature await you all year round, within everyone's reach. A visit to the Museo della Grande Guerra in Valle del Chiese in Bersone is highly recommended.
