Die Rotschrofenspitze ist ein 2.588 Meter hoher Berg in den Lechtaler Alpen.

Im Sommer können Bergsteiger die Rotschrofenspitze von Kaisers aus erklimmen. Der Aufstieg ist dabei nur für geübte Wanderer zu empfehlen. Vom Gipfel bietet sich ein weiter Panoramablick auf die Lechtaler und die Allgäuer Alpen.
