Altitude: 786 m
The mountain was originally given the name Wettinhöhe. At the same time, a lookout tower was built on the summit. After the Second World War, the elevation was renamed Kohlhaukuppe. This name comes from the natural shape of a hilltop with the mountain ridge behind it facing Bohemia. The tower was demolished and rebuilt in 1995. Various paths lead up the mountain from Geising and Zinnwald.
